The Delivery Team
For all our local (and local-ish) deliveries, we rely on Richard, usually known as 'The Postman.' True to his nickname, Richard consistently ensures that your deliveries arrive on time. He handles early morning drops and even steps in on the occasional weekend, making him an indispensable part of our team. For deliveries beyond our local area, we rely on a trusted courier service to ensure next-day delivery. Their dependable service helps us maintain timely and efficient shipping for all your needs.

Warehouse Manager and Buyer
Andy is the driving force behind our warehouse operations. As both the warehouse manager and buyer, he ensures that we are always well-stocked and that our warehouse runs seamlessly. His meticulous oversight guarantees efficient operations and a steady supply of products for all our needs.
The Warehouse Team
All our orders are meticulously picked, checked, and packed by our dedicated warehouse team. Ricky and Jamie, as supervisors, ensure that Ethan, Carl, Sonny, and Harley are efficiently handling the orders and managing all incoming deliveries. Their teamwork guarantees that every order meets our high standards and reaches you promptly.
The Trade Counter Team
The trade counter team is made up of Joe, Bobbie, and Stacey, each playing a crucial role in our customer service.
Joe has been with the company since day one and is a walking encyclopedia of our products and customers. His extensive knowledge and experience ensure that every interaction is informed and helpful.
Bobbie and Stacey are always ready to assist customers with a smile. Both are well-versed in our systems and products, providing expert support and ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service. Together, they make the trade counter a hub of efficiency and expertise.
